I do not remember when was the first time
that I tasted
it, but in the last years,
I knew many different teas like black tea,
red tea,
green tea, blue tea, white tea, etc.
I like tea because it can surprise you
with
different colors, smells, flavors and
depending on the tea, you can get
energy,
dream or be relaxed. The correct form
to drink tea is when the water
has
not boiled to 100° C, the ideal temperature is 90-95°.
Unfortunately, a nutritionist recommends me not to drink tea a lot, before I was drinking a minimum of 3 or 4 cups a day. Now, for this reason, I consume 1 or 2 cups maximum each day. The life without it would be very boring, I miss too much a cup of tea in the morning with my mom or at night before sleep.
